We focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) optimizations.

Supply chain optimization is the application of processes and tools to ensure the optimal operation of a manufacturing and distribution supply chain. This includes the optimal placement of inventory within the supply chain, minimizing operating costs (including manufacturing costs, transportation costs, and distribution costs).

Supply chain planning (SCP) and supply chain execution (SCE) are the two main categories of SCM software.

Supply chain planning is the component of supply chain management involved with predicting future requirements to balance supply and demand. SCP products may include supply chain modeling, and design, distribution and supply network planning.

SCE software applications track the physical status of goods, the management of materials, and financial information involving all parties. Supply chain execution (SCE) is the flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.
